Danger of the 30 Super Carry should it be banned ?

The danger of the .30 Super Carry caliber ... should it be banned in Europe?
.

.
Claiming that the 30 Super Carry is a new revolutionary concept sounds a little bit bizarre given the fact that the 7.92x24mm Short caliber uses also a .30 barrel and bullets in the .312 caliber this by means of a conversion set in the Glock 17. The 7.92x24mm caliber was a PDW project designed in the year 2006 by Rik Van Bruaene manager of VBR-Belgium.
.

.
Given the fact that the 5.7x28mm cartridge is banned for civilian use almost all over whole Europe, one of the design objectives was to take good care about public safety so that also the 7.92x24mm caliber not should be banned on the European market. The 7.92x24mm caliber was developed to play a function in a multi-caliber roll for existing pistol frames. The 7.92x24mm N was intend for the .45 caliber frames and the 7.92x24mm Short was intend for the 9x19mm caliber frames.
.

The soft lead core .32 caliber bullets did not form a threat to public safety as none of them was able to penetrate a level 3A police body armor.

While the 7.92x24 mm cartridge has a 24 mm long case only a short bullet point of 5.6 mm long gets out the 29.6 mm long cartridge. While the .30 Super Carry cartridge has only a 21 mm long case a bullet point of 8.6 mm long gets out the 29.6 mm long cartridge. A long bullet point out the cartridge provides the opportunity to design bullets with a sharp angle point to increase drill performance at soft body armor.

By use of a hard brass alloy bullet with a sharp tip in the 7.92x24 mm Short cartridge, the tip angle is too stump to significant increase the drill performance on soft police body armor. The high strength fibers in the soft bullet proof vest get a good grip at the stump bullet tip.
.
In the .30 Super Carry cartridge this bullet tip angle is much sharper given the longer bullet point that sticking out the case. The use of a hard brass alloy bullet with a sharp tip increases significant the drill performance on soft police body armor with the powerful .30 Super Carry cartridge.
.
Is there a hidden agenda with the .30 Super Carry project?
.

.
.
The .30 Super Carry project is first introduced as a project specially designed for the civilian market, but given the ideal dimensions and high energy of this caliber, a sharp point hard alloy bullet out a .30 Super Carry pistol can easy out perform the 5.7x28 mm cartridge on soft police body armor.
.
.
Must the .30 Super Carry caliber be banned for the European market?
.
Do you really want to see that criminals carry a pocket pistol with 13 armor piercing rounds in the powerful .30 Super Carry caliber?
.
A sharp hard brass alloy bullet can easy be made on a lathe for the .30 Super Carry caliber with substantial soft police armor piercing capabilities.
Given the smaller diameter of the .30 Super Carry caliber, the energy drop while penetrating soft body armor will be much smaller then with the 9x19mm caliber and penetration much deeper and more lethal.
.

The 7.92x24mm takes public safety more in a count then the .30 Super Carry and is more suitable for the European market.
.

.
The .30 concept for modern handguns was already developed with the 7.92x24mm caliber in Belgium.
